I had met the guys to discuss their services. HFM told me that they can eliminate my need to buy cleaning chemicals for the store by signing up to Sanzonate. I was a bit sceptical because the guys told me that this product is chemical free. I received a demo of the product in the store and I was convinced. This was the initial service which caught my attention but after further discussion with them they told me that they offer deep cleaning to stores by using only Sanzonate in their cleaning machines.

I scheduled a once off deep clean by the guys and was impressed with the results. The team cleaned the general floor area of the store, the deli area, all windows, outdoor signage, the entrance to the shop and also the stockroom.

As I said in my Q&A, I would recommend the service to other retailers. I have also signed up to 2 deep cleans per year with HFM Care’s StoreCare package along with Sanzonate for my two stores.

Can you describe the results of the deep cleaning service your store received?

I was happy with the deep cleaning service but I did feel it needed a second go over on the front of the store to match the standard of work done on the back of the store. However the staff ensured that was no problem at all and would achieve the results that would satisfy my needs.

Were you satisfied with the service our HFM staff provided on the day?

I was happy with the service provided by the guys on site. I explained to them how I felt that I required more cleaning and they were more than understanding and accommodating. The guys made sure I was happy with the results in store before commencing the cleaning outside. When cleaning inside the store they worked during busy work hours and sectioned off the shop while both my staff and themselves worked.

Would you recommend our deep cleaning services to another retailer?

I would recommend the deep cleaning service to other retailers. I de nitely felt like the guys listened to my feedback and worked with me to achieve the standard I desired.

How likely are you to avail of this service in the future?

I will be availing of the deep cleaning service again. I have 2 stores and based on my first experience I will be scheduling another deep clean in my second site.
