Chemical Free Cleaning

HFM Care aims to contribute to your net zero journey in a number of ways. Our innovative product Sanzonate is a chemical free cleaning system that eliminates the need to purchase chemicals for your business. This means no more single use plastics will need to be recycled when you are finished with your chemicals.

When we carry out our deep cleaning service, StoreCare, we utilise Sanzonate as the method of both cleaning and sanitising your business. The means by which we clean your site will remove years of historic chemical residue build up while being completely chemical free.

Any services that you may require additionally, be it soaps / sanitisers / washing up liquids, we pledge to offset the use of these plastics by contributing to our HFM Care Forest in partnership with Ecologi. Each month we will have a visual update on our website with the number of trees planted and the amount of carbon we have offset.

As a business, we run a completely paperless operation and ensure all the documents are generated for customers. This includes purchase orders, invoices, site surveys, site visit reports, and certificates.

We are flexible and understand that the world of retail can be hectic at times. Our recommendation is that we carry out the deep clean early in the morning before the store opens or late in evening. The less traffic in store = the better the results.

You will receive your certificate of cleanliness to the TR19 standard post clean. Our team will be in touch and send all information via email so you have a digital copy that can be printed.

There are massive benefits that a contract has over a once off service. We can manage the scheduling of the required work without you needing to worry. Our team will call & email well ahead of time to make you aware that you have an upcoming service eliminating the need for you to need to take time out to organise work. On top of this it means that the highest cleanliness standards are met on a constant basis. We believe convenience is key.

Post service, we supply all our customers with a hygiene report. This is a full rundown of all the work carried out / areas serviced / before & after pictures / suggestions for areas that may require some structural improvements (broken tiles / holes / additional access doors etc). This is extremely beneficial for your business to have on file.

If you happen to have a Sanzonate cleaning system, Pro-Vent system or one of our Excentr cleaning machines under contract your servicing & maintenance is included in the agreed fee - no hidden costs!
